Meet Lexie – A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Forever Home

Lexie is a sweet and gentle 8-year-old girl who’s been through a lot and is ready for the stability and love she truly deserves. Originally rescued after being abandoned on an island, she was brought to us five years ago and quickly found a loving home. Sadly, due to her adopter’s health challenges, Lexie has returned to our care.

Now, this beautiful girl is searching for a calm, quiet home where she can be the only pet and have all the love and attention to herself. No children, no other animals—just a peaceful environment where she can feel safe, secure, and cherished for the rest of her life.

Lexie has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Adoption fees:
Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
15+ years – TBD
