Gabby – trial adoption
Sex: Female
Type: Domestic Medium Hair
Breed: Tuxedo
Color: Black / White
Spayed or Neutered: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
This sweet 10 week old little muffin may be the smallest of her litter, but she’s got the biggest personality by far! Gabby is full of energy, curiosity, and confidence — she can outrun, outplay, and outlast all her siblings. To Gabby, everything is a game and every moment is an opportunity for fun.
She’s a bold and adventurous kitten who loves being the first to explore, climb, and pounce. Gabby is incredibly inquisitive and thrives on being part of the action. Whether it’s chasing toys, investigating new spaces, or “helping” with your daily tasks, she’ll be right in the middle of it all.
Gabby is good with children aged 6 and up, but she’s still unsure about large dogs — especially her 90lb foster dog sister. With a slow, respectful introduction, she may adjust over time.
After a full day of play, Gabby transforms into a cuddle bug. She loves curling up for naps, purring contentedly, and soaking up affection.
Gabby will do best in a home where she can stay engaged, explore safely, and get plenty of love and attention. If you’re looking for a playful, fearless, and affectionate companion, Gabby could be the perfect addition to your family!
Gabs has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.
Being a kitten, if not adopted with a sibling, priority will be given to applicants with another feline already in the home.
If you’re interested in Gabby – trial adoption or have any questions about them, please send a message to [email protected]. We recieve many applications for our cats and kittens and cannot always reply to everyone. Only chosen applicants will be contacted. Please be patient; response times may vary as we are all volunteers.
CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.
For more information, see click here
Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.
Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.
Adoption fees:
Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
15+ years – TBD
