Meet Eeyore

Eeyore is living proof that transformation is possible. Just five months ago, he was a terrified, hissing, and spitting boy who made even experienced volunteers nervous. Today, he’s a total love bug who craves lap time and affection. While he can be a bit demanding when it comes to getting attention, he also has his limits and needs someone who understands how to read his cues to avoid overstimulation. Eeyore starts his mornings with energetic zoomies and absolutely adores being close to his foster. He would do best in a calm, adult-only home and would thrive as the only pet, where he can soak up all the love for himself.

Eeyore has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Adoption fees:
Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
15+ years – TBD
