Ira is a 15 month old handsome tabby with a quiet, independent spirit. A bit of a loner, he prefers the serenity of a calm home where he can relax and enjoy life at his own pace. While he may take some time to warm up, once he trusts you, Ira is incredibly affectionate, sweet and loyal, forming a deep bond with those around him. .

This gentle boy thrives in a single-cat household where he can be the center of attention and have his own space to meet his needs. Whether he’s lounging in a cozy spot or simply observing the world around him, Ira appreciates the little things in life.

Sir Ira has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

CATS has a Foster to Adopt program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Adoption fees:
Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
15+ years – TBD
