Meet Ryker

Ryker is a cool little man, usually on the go and curious as any kitten can be! He loves to play with his siblings and rough house with his brothers. He has explored every inch of his foster home but doesn’t like to find himself on his own, meowing out to his siblings for back up and companionship.

Ryker has always been a gentleman in the litter box and uses the scratching post frequently. He has been exposed to children over 6 and is happy go lucky with the gentle 90lb foster dog, frequently going nose to nose and purring around her.

Once Ryker has had his fill of fun, he settles in for heavy naps, often stretching out on his side or back. He has a quiet purr but it activates quite easily. He is very gentle and enjoys the head and chin rubs best.

He is a cute little boy and interacting more and more each day, his foster parents think he may be a chatty one as he gets older.

Rykester has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Adoption fees:
Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
