Flounder enjoys eye contact and has a calm energy, which doesn’t mean he can’t zoom very fast when he wants to! He enjoys sitting on your lap and watching the activities before jumping in himself. He will probably enjoy smelling your feet and licking your fingers, and occasionally meowing briefly at full volume. Flounder has a thick (and very soft) coat of fur and a thick tail, and is likely to be a chonky boy when he grows up.

Flounder has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

Being a kitten, if not adopted with a sibling, priority will be given to applicants with another feline already in the home.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.
