Forest is a sweet 5-year-old girl who is looking for someone very special to help her discover just how wonderful life can be.

A timid girl by nature, Forest needs a patient and understanding home where she can take her time coming out of her shell. She may need some time to build trust and confidence, but with patience, love, and a little encouragement, she has the opportunity to truly blossom.

Forest could happily share her home with another cat, provided introductions are done slowly and thoughtfully. She would do best in a quiet, calm home without young children.

Forest isn’t looking for someone to rush her; she’s looking for someone willing to let her set the pace. If you have the patience to earn her trust, you may discover a very special companion waiting to emerge.

Forest has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and has received preventative flea and worm treatments.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Kittens, up to one year – $300
Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
