Gabby and Smooch are sweet 6-year-old bonded siblings who have been through a lot together. Sadly, they recently lost their beloved human and are now adjusting to a very different world.

Gabby, the girl, and Smooch, her brother, are both gentle, sweet-natured cats. They can be shy at first, but once they feel safe and comfortable, they show their affectionate sides.

These two have each other, and we are determined to find them a home where they can stay together. They would thrive in a quiet, calm home without young children or other animals, where they can take their time settling in and feel safe and loved again.

Gabby and Smooch have already lost so much. What they need now is someone who will give them the patience, understanding and forever home they deserve.

CATS has a Trial Adoption program. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time.

Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.

Please note we do not adopt kittens on their own. They must be adopted in pairs or you must have a young cat already in the home as a mate.

Adults, 1-10 years – $225
Adults, 10-15 years – $175
